He was arrested by Junction City police earlier this week in connection with an alleged home invasion February 28 at a mobile home in the Cottonwood Estates on Grant Avenue. Police said gunshots were exchanged with the home owner during the incident, but no one was injured.
Geary County Attorney Steve Opat said Thursday status check and preliminary hearings in the case were scheduled for May 2. Oden had a first court appearance on Thursday.
