The search warrant was executed by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Department Drug Enforcement Unit and Deputies of the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Department.
Those arrested included Steven Ray Fuller, 46, Abilene, on suspicion of felony counts Possession with the intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Acquiring Drug Proceeds, No Drug Tax Stamp, one count each of felony and misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and misdemeanor allegations of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Criminal Use of a Weapon. Also arrested was Morgan Befort, 22. Salina, on a felony Probation Warrant out of Finney County.
During the search of the residence officers reported they seized one-half ounce of methamphetamine and $2,790 in drug proceeds, along with the paraphernalia items used to package, weigh, sell and consume methamphetamine.
The case is ongoing and further arrests are possible.
