The Junction City High School Marching Band will lead a parade at 5:15 p.m. and behind them will be children in their costumes. Local merchants and businesses will hand out candy to the children as they on downtown Washington Street.
There will be a hot dog stand located at Exchange Bank with the proceeds going to the United Way and Flint Hills Church. Junction City staff will also be there to pass out balloon animals to the children. Then the 12th Street Community Center will be the site for games and treats.
